Though there were interesting things happening in the university. Like, his friendships with Wilem, Simmon, Fela. With Masters like Elodin, Alexar, Kilvin. His rivalry with Ambrose since the day he came to the Archives. His occasional visits and interesting conversations with Denna. Music at Eolian, loans from Devi and much more things... But still there needs to be an adventure part that was lacking in The Name of the Wind. Even after the end of the first book, there wasn't any significant magic or adventurous thing that readers were expecting when they picked the book. Kingkiller Chronicle is my favourite fantasy series. And one of my favourite thing about these books is when Kvothe meets Denna. Often they meet unexpectedly when all hopes of Kvothe have faded, at places where he wouldn't have expected her to be, whether it's  Trebon, Eolian or Severen.    I love how Pat describes the conversations between Kvothe and Denna. Kvothe being careful not to hurt Denna. There is so much going on in his mind while Denna is talking to him. Roshni is a daughter of Manthara, a wealthy merchant of Ayodhya in Scion of Ikshvaku   (Ram Chandra Series #1) by Amish Tripathi. All the four princes of Ayodhya considered her as a sister. Her character was very nicely written in the book.  However, we rarely ever heard of her. Valmiki Ramayana does not mention sister of Ram. However, in many other scriptures, there is a story of his elder sister Shanta. Shanta with four Ayodhya princes in forest   She was a child from Kaushalya. Pinaka or Shiv Dhanush was the bow of the Hindu god Shiva. Vishvakarma crafted two divine bows. He gave Sharanga to lord Vishnu and Pinaka to lord Shiva, who killed the demon Tripurasura with it. The Pinaka bow was given by Lord Parshuram to King Janak to keep it safe while he is performing penance in the forest. One day, Devi Sita in her childhood, while playing with her sisters unknowingly moved the table on which the Dhanush was kept. No one was able to move the Dhanush or the table that easily. Hence Janak decided to keep a Swayamvar and whoever lifts the Dhanush would be considered worthy of marrying her daughter. There are some tales where it was Lord Parshuram himself who suggested this to King Janak. Coming to the swayamvar, the bow was eventually broken by Lord Ram when he attempted to string the bow, thereby winning the princess's hand in marriage. The book was released on 28th August 2017 and I had it in my hand the next day. That's the impact of his books on me. And even this is a non-fiction book, I cannot resist myself from ordering it on Amazon.   This book basically contains articles and speeches by Amish that were published in newspapers and journals. It also contains debates and talks that he gave in various lit festivals which he keeps on attending as he likes having interaction with readers. We met too, Amish Sir !! Perhaps you won't remember. The education level in Navodaya schools is good as compared to many private and government schools. Students mostly from rural areas are given free education from 6th to 12th class. But to crack exams like IIT-JEE you really need to be very hardworking and creative. Sometimes talent works, and yet many times patience and hard work are required to solve tough JEE problems. Sure, you hear the news about Navodaya students getting into IITs but those are students who took coaching from different centres after leaving navodaya in 11th. The % of students getting in IITs directly from navodayas is still less. These are the major factors which I think is the reason why Navodayan students are few in numbers in IITs. 1.
